Cancellation Policy

 We are so happy that you have chosen to retreat with us at the 1847 Quilt Retreat Center and we look forward to making your stay comfortable and memorable!

We understand that retreat plans are often made many months prior to the actual retreat date, and that life events can sometimes cause individual plans to change. In an effort to be fair to retreaters, wait-listed retreaters, and the retreat center, we have implemented the following individual cancellation policy:

· We will allow reservation substitutions at any point during the period. If you are able to find a substitute retreater to take your spot, there will be no cancellation charges.  Substitions need to be communicated to 1847QuiltRetreatCenter@gmail.com so that booking information can be updated appropriately.

· Cancellations 4-14 calendar days prior to the start date of the event will be charged 50% of the booked stay

· Cancellations less than 4 calendars days prior to the start date of the event will be charged 100% of the booked stay

· Cancellations should be made with an email to 1847QuiltRetreatCenter@Gmail.com and will be followed up with a cancellation confirmation by the retreat manager
